Sales & Partnerships Executive – Norwich (Full-time, Agile – 2 days in office)
£26,000 + Uncapped Commission + Career Progression

Specialising in the prestige, luxury and lifestyle sectors, we don’t just create content — we craft powerful brand experiences across print, digital, social and experiential platforms.
With an enviable client portfolio that includes some of the most iconic names in the luxury space, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our commercial team. This is your chance to be part of a thriving agency that blends creativity, commerce and innovation - and to make a real impact from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling multi-platform advertising and partnership solutions across print, digital and social media.
- Owning and growing a pipeline of new and existing clients - from first outreach to campaign delivery.
- Account management of partnership accounts across EMEA whilst exploring other opportunities to maximise potential.
- Shaping and executing tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with editorial, design and digital teams to develop compelling media packages.
- Representing Dialogue at industry events, client meetings and partner activations (UK and international travel may be required).
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator who thrives in client-facing situations - on the phone, in person or over video.
- A natural networker and relationship-builder with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- A self-starter with proven ability to meet targets and manage their own time and sales pipeline
- Experience in media, content, advertising or partnership sales is a bonus - but attitude, drive and enthusiasm are just as important
- A strategic thinker who can spot opportunities, understand client needs, and tailor solutions that deliver results
You’ll Stand Out If You:
- Have a strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and content strategy.
- Bring fresh ideas and a creative approach to revenue generation.
- Are data-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and reporting on KPIs.
- Have experience of utilising LinkedIn (Sales Navigator experience especially).
- Are adaptable, curious, and ready to learn fast in a dynamic agency environment.
- Have experience working with high-end or luxury brands (a definite plus).
