The brief
Dialogue began working with Revival Productions on their Classic Ibiza open air concerts in 2016. The original brief was for Dialogue to help launch new venues and grow attendees, developing a content strategy that complements the music and atmosphere of the concerts and engages the audience throughout the year.
The challenge
Using social media, with Facebook as the main channel for content, Dialogue understood the platform’s regular algorithm changes and why they were introduced; this was key to keeping our reach, engagement and sales on target.

The results
Dialogue manages all aspects of the brand’s social media, running campaigns of both paid and organic content across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, using specialist knowledge of content forms with the biggest reach and those which work best with the Facebook algorithm. Thanks to a combination of Classic Ibiza social and the use of integrated tagging and sharing with venues and artists, social media is ranked as the #1 referral source in Classic Ibiza ticket sales, measured by customer responses when buying tickets. Since its launch, the Classic Ibiza concerts have grown to six venues across the UK with an attendance of over 40,000 people. Part of Classic Ibiza's growth has meant new venues being launched and existing locations being relocated to accommodate demand. Dialogue's focus on customer response has also paid off: we achieve a 100% fast response rate on questions – translating into a 4.9 star customer service rating on Facebook.
